Meet Jimmy!

by limniospropertygroup | 11. September 2017 10:18

Our newest Property Manager, Jimmy Fung joined the Limnios team in July 2017. Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry, Jimmy has over 6 years of real estate experience and finds himself continually motivated by the challenges that often arise in our fast-paced and exciting industry:

“My passion for dealing with people and the various roles I have to perform in my day to day to duties in property management make each day an exciting challenge. It always puts a smile on my face when I am able to help landlords find suitable tenants who will look after a property like it’s their own.”

With a degree in Accounting from Curtin University, Jimmy’s knack for numbers has allowed him to gain a greater understanding of the ins and outs of small business, as well as how to quantify goals and stay a step ahead. In the future he hopes to learn more about trust accounting and one day become the head of Property Management, where he can create ad achieve goals with his own team.

Thriving under pressure and tackling his projects with careful planning and organisation, Jimmy’s methodical approach to his work is reflected in his acute punctuality, willingness to go above and beyond, and excellent client relations. He credits list-making as one of the simplest yet most effective tools to managing his time and staying on task, ensuring he remains focused, systematic, and can accomplish as much in a day as he possibly can!

A wonderful addition to our company, Jimmy defines the Limnios team as one big family:

“Everyone at Limnios is very friendly, helpful and supportive. If I could turn one superpower into a skill for work it would be the power of language, as that would help me deal with clients whose first language is not English or Cantonese. I want everyone to feel like family when they are a part of our team, whether they are a colleague or client.”

When not in the office, Jimmy loves to be outdoors and play sports – especially soccer. He also has a sweet tooth and credits chocolate and his sense of humour as the key ingredients to getting through the day – a winning combination the rest of our team will readily agree with!
